Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in technical repair or service of copier/office equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage as required for personal vehicle use.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
