Job summary

Company Wrench is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service equipment and attachments to high quality standards. The role requires independent work, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to plan maintenance and purchase parts as needed.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety inspections, parts ordering, and maintaining accurate records. The position offers training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, with occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset
• Good communication skills
• Safe work habits
• Ability and experience to perform repairs for all major equipment systems
• Working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
• Be able to provide all of your tooling smaller than one-inch drive

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, create deficiency repair list
• Plan methods and sequence of performing assigned maintenance
• Research and order parts and materials required to perform maintenance
• Perform repairs efficiently and effectively
• Confirm that repairs are completed as assigned
• Ensure unused parts and materials are returned per established methods
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and service truck
• Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed
