Job summary

Company Wrench in Parma, OH is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service equipment and attachments to high quality standards. You will work independently, perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and plan maintenance sequences while documenting time, parts, and purchases.

Ideal candidates have two years of industry experience, a valid CDL A or B, strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities, good communication, and the ability to work without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience required.
• Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic abilities.
• Good communication and independence in work.
• Knowledge of hydraulic pressure and Ohm's law; ability to use a digital multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and create deficiency repair lists.
• Research and order all parts and materials required for maintenance.
• Perform repairs efficiently and effectively; ensure all work is completed as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and service truck; record notes, time and parts.
• Record-keeping per established methods and document the 3 C's: complaint, cause, correction.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers; advocate for Company Wrench and its equipment.
