Job summary

Company Wrench is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service equipment and attachments at high quality levels. The role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, planning maintenance sequences, ordering parts, and confirming repairs. A CDL is required or obtainable, with a strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidate needs two years of industry experience.
• Class A or B CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Safe work habits.
• Ability and experience to perform repairs for all major equipment systems.
• Working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
• Be able to provide all of your tooling smaller than one-inch drive.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of safety.
• Ensure all work is completed safely.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, create deficiency repair list.
• Think ahead and plan methods and sequence of performing assigned maintenance.
• Research and order all parts and materials required to perform assigned maintenance.
• Perform the repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Confirm that all repairs are completed as assigned.
• Ensure all unused parts and materials are returned per established methods.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and service truck.
• Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed.
• Maintain legible records of notes, time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases as needed.
