Job summary

Company Wrench in West Palm Beach is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and service equipment and attachments, working with limited supervision to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, order parts, and document repairs, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and professional communication with customers. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience.
• CDL Class A or B or ability to obtain.
• Strong mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and mindset.
• Good communication skills.
• Safe work habits.
• Ability to perform repairs on major equipment systems.
• Working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
• Tooling smaller than one-inch drive.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of safety.
• Ensure all work is completed safely.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and create deficiency repair list.
• Think ahead and plan methods and sequence of performing assigned maintenance.
• Research and order all parts and materials required to perform assigned maintenance.
• Perform the repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Confirm that all repairs are completed as assigned.
• Ensure all unused parts and materials are returned per established methods.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and service truck.
• Power wash and clean equipment and attachments as needed.
• Maintain legible records of notes, time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and methods established by the company.
• Provide professional and honest communication with coworkers and customers.
