Job summary

Hiab USA is seeking a service technician to perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, upgrades and refurbishment on our equipment at designated Hiab locations in line with managerial instructions.

You will build productive customer relationships, stay current with technical bulletins and equipment specs, and follow Hiab safety and quality guidelines while documenting work and reporting to the District Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repairs on equipment at Hiab locations per instructions from the District Service Manager.
• Submit regular reports and maintain documentation according to the specified format.
• Keep up to date with technical bulletins and equipment specifications.
• Protect self and others by following safety rules and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement and coach junior colleagues as needed.
