Job summary

Prairie State Gaming is seeking a Service Technician to deliver timely service and repair of VGT and Coin Operations equipment across the assigned route. You will provide high-level customer service while upholding company standards and collaborating with team members.

The role requires 21+ years old, PC proficiency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. A valid driver’s license is required, with prior VGT experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience within VGT industry is a plus.
• PC proficiency.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and friendly service to PSG locations and repair all VGT and Coin Operations equipment across assigned route.
• Uphold company standards of customer service and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Complete required training and development objectives.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Assist Route Service Manager and verify customer payouts.
• Inform Route Service Managers of gaming machine problems and complete required paperwork promptly.
