Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Wiring, network, and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and friendly service to PSG locations, repairing all VGT and Coin Operations equipment across their assigned route.
• Maintain high levels of customer service to clients and team members and uphold company standards.
• Understand and adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Project a positive image of the company at all times.
• Collaborate and work within a team-oriented environment.
• Prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks.
• Handle Slot Machine malfunctions.
• Assist Route Service Manager.
• Verify customer payouts.
• Complete required paperwork promptly.
• Inform Route Service Managers of Gaming machine problems.
• Provide outstanding team member and customer relations.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines and provide explanations.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Requirements
