PondMedics is seeking a Fountain Technician for Fountain Freedom to install, deliver, troubleshoot, and maintain floating fountains and aeration systems in field settings.

You’ll work on-site, operate equipment, follow safety protocols, and represent the PondMedics brand with professionalism. This role offers hands-on training, a clear growth path into site leadership, and teamwork across the PondMedics family.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude; pumps, fountains, or water systems experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to safety and a clean work environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow direction and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Install and deliver fountains, aerators, and related equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and maintain fountain and control-panel issues in the field.
• Operate equipment safely and confidently.
• Keep project sites clean and professional.
• Follow job plans as directed by the Field Lead and Brand Director.
• Communicate updates, needs, and issues clearly using our processes.
• Support teammates across the PondMedics family.
