Coric Equipment in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced forklift technician with 3+ years in a shop or field setting. You will diagnose, repair, and overhaul forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom equipment used in construction. Must have own tools and a clean DMV record.

This hourly role reports to the Shop Service Manager; typical schedule is 8 hours, Mon-Fri, 40 hours weekly, with weekly direct deposit payments. Company van provided and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in a shop or field setting.
Experience in forklift/related equipment is preferred.
Must have own tools and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

Overhaul and test machines or equipment to ensure operating efficiency.
Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoist and hand tools.
Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and vehicles.
