Job summary

Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to travel to store locations and service a variety of commercial food service equipment. You will work with dispatchers and supervisors to efficiently manage workload and complete calls on time.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0-2 years of related experience preferred and additional experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical a plus. A base salary range will be provided, and we offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school or Associates degree preferred.
• 0-2 years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and refurbish food service equipment (frozen beverage, soda, coffee brewers, etc).
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Manage parts inventory on assigned service truck with weekly counts.
• Travel to multiple locations and work independently.
• Receive dispatches and prioritize workload with dispatchers.
• Update job status and notes in the work order system.
