Cozzini, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and optimize food processing equipment across North America. The role involves hands-on mechanical work, travel to customer sites, and resolving diverse mechanical and electrical issues.

Ideal candidates have electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience reading schematics, and a willingness to travel. A valid driver's license is required, with comprehensive on-site and remote support to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field service experience in food or meat processing preferred.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control systems.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and optimize food processing equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC-based machinery and coordinate with engineering or technical support teams.
• Provide remote troubleshooting via phone, email, and virtual channels.
• Instruct operators on equipment operation, safety, and maintenance procedures.
