Job summary

McCrometer, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to perform basic installations, routine maintenance, and on-site support for a range of flow measurement equipment. You will follow safety standards, complete service reports, and work with cross-functional teams on improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on technical/industrial experience preferred.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment setup, process checks, and routine adjustments.
• Maintain work instructions and SOPs.
• Provide on-floor support to operators and technicians.
• Participate in 5S, waste reduction, and workflow improvements.
• Collect production data and prepare reports.
• Develop fixtures, jigs, and tools.
• Support engineering tasks with data gathering and documentation.
• Prepare materials for new product introductions or changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for improvements.
• Travel up to 60-80% as needed.
