Job summary

Equipment & Controls, Inc. in Lawrence, PA seeks a Measurement and Flow Technician to install, calibrate, and troubleshoot process control and flow instrumentation. You will travel to customer sites, work independently, and document services clearly, ensuring reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in process control instrumentation and equipment startup with focus on flow measurement equipment.
• Verify, troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation and equipment communications.
• Inspect instrument wiring, power and grounding of installation.
• Set up instruments with Hart 475 field communicator.
• Work with onsite installation crew.
• Replace/install instrumentation and equipment.
• Troubleshoot failed instruments and equipment.
• Develop solutions to resolve instrumentation and equipment problems.
• Calibration of measurement and flow transmitters.
• Providing clear and effective documentation of services provided to customers.
