Job summary

Pape’ Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a Field Technician to service material handling equipment at customer sites in Fresno, CA.

You will travel in a fully equipped service vehicle, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and keep equipment running at peak uptime while delivering professional customer service. The ideal candidate has hands-on repair experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment in the material handling field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and laptop diagnostic tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must provide your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Service material handling equipment at customer locations to maximize uptime.
• Travel within the assigned area in a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle.
• Perform high-quality repairs and interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and follow safety procedures.
