Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel) and strong customer service.
• Able to lift 30 lbs+ and perform field tasks.
• Experience with SAP is a major plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance at customer locations for Tenaris Connections Offload, Casing scan, and tally using Tenaris Pipe Tracer Technology and generate digital tally.
• Support field services equipment rental services including delivery and retrieval of tools and equipment from customer sites.
• Identify and ensure correct rental tool delivery or retrieval and generate necessary documentation and service tickets.
• Maintain housekeeping, inventory, and upkeep of Field Services tools at the workshop; ensure tools are cleaned, inspected, and updated in the Tenaris Field Services Inventory Management System.
