Job summary

Mark VII - Clean Cars® in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair equipment in the field with minimal supervision and coaching.

The role involves troubleshooting chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, including PLC controllers and power supplies, and providing on-site training for customer personnel. Occasional installation support may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
• Requires technical knowledge and ability to develop improved methods for fulfilling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs periodically scheduled and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoots electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment and PLC controllers.
• Provides on-site technical training for customer personnel.
• May assist in the installation of new carwash equipment.
• Maintains tools, test equipment, and materials in a professional manner.
