Job summary

Mark VII - Clean Cars® is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair equipment in the Albuquerque area. The role involves documenting repairs, recommending system improvements, and performing field service with minimal supervision to ensure reliability and lower costs for customers.

The technician will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues, train customer personnel on operation and maintenance, and support installation or upgrades when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams.
• Understanding of low voltage control circuits and three‑phase power.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned by Dispatch.
• Troubleshoots chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and PLCs.
• Performs diagnostic analysis and provides technical assistance to customers and distributors.
• Provides on-site technical training for customer personnel on use, operation, and maintenance.
• Assists in installation of new carwash equipment and repairs malfunctions as needed.
• Maintains tools and equipment and ensures proper condition of company assets.
• Maintains safe vehicle operation and adheres to local laws in customer sites.
• Communicates effectively with customers and company personnel to ensure superior service.
