Job summary

Mark Vii Equipment in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform equipment maintenance and repair in the field, documenting services, and recommending improvements to increase reliability and reduce customer costs.

You will troubleshoot chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, work with PLC controllers, and provide on-site training for customers and distributors, with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant field experience.
• Requires technical knowledge and ability to develop improved methods for fulfilling responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs periodically scheduled and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, PLC controllers and power supplies.
• Performs diagnostic analysis.
• Provide on-site technical training for customer personnel.
• May assist in the installation of new carwash equipment.
• Maintains tools, test equipment, and materials in a professional manner.
• Interfaces with customers and related company personnel to ensure effective communication.
