Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Position Details

• Title: Field Service Technician
• Location: Anywhere in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Dakotas, Illinois, Indiana, or West-Michigan
• Salary: $32-$40/hr + 2x on weekends + per diem + paid travel + annual profit sharing bonus
• Requirements: 70% travel within a 4-5 hour drive range

We seek a Field Service Technician with electro-mechanical expertise to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of large machinery. Cross-training opportunities are available to develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, service, and repair packaging and processing machinery using technical drawings and electromechanical knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain composure in high-stress environments.

Qualifications

• AAS/Bachelors in Electrical, Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or similar; strong equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience troubleshooting complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and with robotic systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills; pneumatic and shop skills required.
• Experience in food processing or packaging preferred.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, 480v electrical circuitry.
