Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Representative in Grapevine, TX. You will work on electrical equipment projects, deliver technical solutions to customers, and perform complex engineering tasks including testing and design.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, ability to travel, and adherence to safety policies. Company vehicle, tools, and cell phone are provided; 40-hour base pay with overtime options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years electrical/mechanical industry experience, or 5+ years if no HS diploma/GED.
• Must be able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation offered; candidates within 50-mile radius considered; active-duty military exempt from geography.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment
• Deliver technical solutions to customers
• Perform complex engineering assignments that may involve design, testing, or research
• Display proficiency in Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements, Disaster Recovery, Rotating Machinery, Protection & Control Design
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
