We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician (FST), Electrical, for the corrugated, folder-gluer product line. The FST provides timely and efficient machine repairs and installations primarily for customers in the corrugated board, litho-laminating product line. This individual will serve as the front-line representative for the BOBST product range.
The FST is at the core of an extensive support network of service personnel worldwide. This trusted advisor is the key customer representative, responsible for confirming, clarifying, and meeting the customers’ expectations at every stage of contact and on every service, project relating to our machines. The FST possesses a strong background in the principles of electrical and mechanical engineering. They think logically and enjoy solving problems with creativity, diligence and above all else, focus on excellent customer service.
Machine Service (electrical & mechanical), including the repair and installation of new machines, relocation of existing equipment, customer training, preventative maintenance, ordering parts necessary to perform installations and repair, troubleshooting problems and proactively recommend the necessary service and maintenance programs.

In good faith and in alignment with current market data, the base salary for this position is estimated to range between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
