Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet, including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC, and oil/gas equipment. You will work with an incredible team in a safety-focused environment and build skills for a career path in service or operation management.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment, and knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1–3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or related specialty lines preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems; ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Support a safety-focused team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
