Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on our diverse fleet, including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC, and related equipment. You will develop skills across a range of makes and models while working in a safety-focused team environment.

The ideal candidate may have 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, and a high school diploma or GED. Bilingual abilities may be required depending on location; a strong willingness to learn

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment or related gear strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safety-focused environment.
• Assist in developing skills for a career track in service or operations management.
