Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years facilities maintenance experience in office/commercial settings.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; background and MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on dental equipment and office machinery.
• Maintain property systems (electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall).
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional conduct with staff, vendors and coworkers.
• Travel to multiple offices; some weekend travel may be required.
