Job summary

Access Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Quad Cities Territory. This full-time, customer-facing role offers a first-shift schedule, a company car, and a comprehensive benefits package as you service customer equipment in the field.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with customers to diagnose problems. Travel to various sites, maintain inventory in your vehicle, and complete training to stay up-to-date with new equipment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and expand knowledge of new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
