Job summary

Access Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Denison, IA territory. This field role involves maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment at various sites, with travel within the region.

You will communicate directly with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions, while managing tool and parts inventory and completing ongoing training to expand knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and expand knowledge of new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
