Job summary

Access Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician for field service across the Quad Cities territory. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair customer equipment in the field, with a strong emphasis on clear customer communication and timely problem solving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – we will train you!
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously work to expand knowledge of new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
