Job summary

Kodak Alaris is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites. The role requires frequent travel to perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure optimal system performance with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and documenting service activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial equipment repair experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including AC/DC circuits, motors and drives, sensors and controls.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills including transport rollers, timing belts, DC motors, bearings.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret technical manuals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% as required.

Required Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including:

  • Sensors and controls
  • Electrical testing equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including:
  • Transport rollers, timing belts, DC motors, bearings
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to [50-75%] as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology.
• OSHA training or other safety certifications.

Compensation

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour, contingent on level of experience.
