Job summary

Siddons-Martin Emergency Group is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair construction and rental equipment. You will ensure high levels of service and safety while supporting the company’s mission.

You will travel to designated sites, maintain tool integrity, and collaborate with Shop Foreman and management to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals. A Kohler certification and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in service and repair related industry.
• Clean driving record with a Class C license.
• Knowledge of repair principles in Construction and Rental industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform proper and accurate vehicle diagnosis, services and repairs.
• Provide accurate labor time estimates to Shop Foreman and Assistant Manager(s).
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and tool storage for personal and company tools.
• Follow company processes and procedures per SMEG operations manual.
• Attend morning meetings to plan the day.
