Job summary

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is hiring immediately for experienced technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC at customer sites. You will communicate repair status with customers and the branch and ensure parts are ordered promptly.

We offer $22.00-$27.00 per hour, a sign-on bonus potential, a company vehicle, uniforms, ongoing education, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable experience in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Communicate repair status updates with customer and branch office.
• Communicate parts order(s) with branch.
• Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
• Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Whaley standards and safety first.
• Meet on-call requirements.
