Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants in Boise, Idaho and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• EPA certification (refrigeration) is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Experience with commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
