Job summary

KAMO Facility Supplies & Solutions is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team in Augusta, GA. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial cleaning equipment for our customers, applying hands-on mechanical skills and a customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of small engines and electrical systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cleaning equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and small engine issues.
• Install new equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Keep accurate service records and communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
