Qualifications
Must have prior field service experience in a technician role.
Must be Safety Oriented.
Understand DC controls.
Understand 4-20mA analog electrical signals.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Meet with customers to listen and provide support.
Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Provide detailed service reports and documentation.
