Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Service Technician for InnoServ to install, perform preventative maintenance, and evaluate performance of coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical dispensing equipment for national accounts, healthcare, colleges, hospitality, and large operators.

The role requires 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift heavy equipment, and a valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years in customer service or equipment repair, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical aptitude with electrical, plumbing, and health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver’s license required; clean driving record; MVR and background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and measure performance of coffee, juice, dishwashing, and chemical dispensing machines for multiple customer segments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and on-site support; travel as needed.
• Work with company van and tools provided to service assigned accounts.
