Job summary

Clean Energy in San Francisco is seeking a diligent Field Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment at CNG/LNG fueling sites. The role requires hands-on problem solving and adherence to safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 2+ years of related experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts within an hour of the SF airport. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related experience.
• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially using service software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and adjust electrical equipment for safe operation.
• Repair and replace malfunctioning equipment per regulations and manuals.
• Inspect, maintain and adjust mechanical equipment (compressors, engines, etc.).
• Drive between company sites to perform duties.
• Update and document activity in Field Service Automation software.
• Install, remove and modify fueling locations and equipment.
• Maintain fueling equipment and structures per manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform periodic inspections of CNG/LNG/Hydrogen fueling sites.
