Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related field service technician experience or equivalent certified training on industrial equipment.
• Excellent customer communication and professional representation.
• Knowledge of CNC turning centers, CNC lathes, and motion control electronics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installing, troubleshooting, and servicing magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer locations throughout the specified region.
• Receive a briefing from fellow Technical Support associates before the customer visit to address their needs.
• Tools and instruments provided.
