Job summary

Burroughs is seeking motivated Service Technicians to join our nationwide team and support customers with cash automation and transaction technology. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing multi-vendor equipment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Travel will be regular within your local or regional territory with company vehicles provided. Full-time work with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed; pay ranges from $18 to $33 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with electro-mechanical repair or service is preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair multi-vendor cash automation and self-service equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and follow-through.
• Manage tools, parts, and inventory with accuracy and care.
