Job summary

Burroughs is seeking motivated Service Technicians to join our nationwide team and support customers with their cash automation and transaction technology. You'll install, maintain, and repair multi-vendor equipment, diagnose issues, and deliver exceptional service while traveling within your territory.

Training, tools, and a company vehicle are provided to help you excel. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and a commitment to safety and customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license with 2+ years of driving history.
Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
NRT Gaming License or ability to pass requirements for the state.
Experience with ATMs or cash automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair multi-vendor cash automation and self-service equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through clear communication and follow-through.
Manage tools, parts, and inventory with accuracy and care.
