Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a field service technician to perform calibration and preventative maintenance (PM) on weighing and wrapping equipment within the Retail Business, supported by mentors and technical resources. You will assist with installations, repairs, and data integrity, while staying compliant with safety and quality policies.

The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years electro/mechanical repair experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 5 years relevant experience.
• Customer-facing or field service experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical repair concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on Retail Weighing Equipment.
• Perform PC networking and software configuration as needed.
• Maintain data integrity in the service database and complete paperwork daily.
