Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an Accounts/Equipment Specialist to manage and train customer accounts in a defined geographic area. This role installs and tests beverage and chemical equipment, assists sales teams with product selection, and delivers face-to-face service to customers and vendors.

Responsibilities include coordinating service and installation schedules, driving to sites, and performing related duties to support our foodservice equipment operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 6 - 12 months of equipment sales and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
• Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
