Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a reliable service and sales support specialist to manage accounts across a defined territory. You will install and test beverage and chemical equipment, train customers, and collaborate with sales staff to recommend the best solutions.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating weekend coverage and some evenings. You will drive to client sites, provide hands-on service, and ensure proper operation while delivering professional, courteous support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6-12 months equipment sales and / or maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
• Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
