Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to service beverage and restaurant equipment across Western and Central North Dakota. The role includes driving, flexible start times, and 50–60 hour weeks with drive-time compensation.

The position is based out of Bismarck, ND, with training at Fargo and other service centers before deploying to locations. A vehicle, uniforms, tools, and a gas card are provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience.
• Troubleshooting equipment experience.
• Field service experience.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting over 70 lbs.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean record.
• Willing to Train someone with a positive attitude and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond promptly to dispatched service calls based on estimated time of arrival.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose service problems, and conduct necessary repairs.
• Check and maintain product quality, including syrup levels and machine cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory and ensure the maintenance of equipment such as parts, tools, and vehicles.
• Document all work performed and ensure proper closure of activities upon completion.
• Ensure the freshness of point of sale (POS) materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• In some locations, manage machine movement and other assigned duties.
