Job summary

Best Beverage Equipment Service (BBES) is a field-based service team servicing commercial beverage systems across offices, hospitality, and foodservice sites. Technicians dispatch from home, manage routes independently, and perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance with strong support and training from a Fortune 500 parent.

A safety‑conscious, professional approach is required to represent BBES and our customers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience repairing mechanical equipment; beverage, foodservice, or related equipment preferred.
Solid knowledge of small electrical appliances and mechanical systems.
Willingness to learn plumbing connections (water sources, drainage, copper, braided, PEX).
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to use diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and mobile technology.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

Receive and respond to dispatched service calls and installations within your territory.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related issues and determine corrective action.
Repair, refurbish, calibrate, and maintain commercial beverage equipment (coffee, soda fountain, frozen beverages).
Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service, surveys, and new installations.
Visually inspect and test equipment; disassemble to access problem areas as needed.
