Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a field-based role to manage accounts across the Albany region, providing assistance and training to accounts while ensuring proper operation of beverage and chemical equipment.

You will install and test equipment, help customers and sales staff select the best solutions, and communicate professionally with customers, vendors and colleagues while traveling to client sites to resolve issues and schedule services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 6–12 months equipment sales and/or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training.
• Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people to determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
