Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to manage accounts in a defined geographic area, install and test beverage and chemical equipment, and train customers on proper use. The role emphasizes face-to-face service, collaboration with sales teams, and ensuring equipment operates reliably.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
