RONDO Inc. is seeking field service technicians to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain bakery automation equipment at customer sites across New Jersey and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting industrial, manufacturing, packaging, automation, or food-processing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain RONDO equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Perform commissioning, start-ups, and operator training.
• Promote preventive maintenance programs and spare parts solutions.
• Complete service reports accurately and professionally.
• Travel within assigned territories and occasionally nationwide.
• Collaborate with Parts, Technical Support, and Sales teams.
