Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician for 100% travel to service advanced automated equipment across the U.S.

You'll own PLC programming, motion control, commissioning, and field troubleshooting to keep production lines running. You'll work on machine installs, startups, and commissioning, interface with AutoCAD Electrical and ERP systems, and support OEM machinery in packaging/processing environments.

Formación

• Technical degree or practical field training in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls or equivalent.
• Hands-on field experience in mechanical engineering and/or machinery repair.
• Strong PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting background.
• Experience with electrical system design, power distribution, I/O, sensors, and control panels.

Responsabilidades

• Programming, testing, and debugging PLC and motion control systems.
• Reviewing electrical control designs, panel layouts, and component selections.
• Supporting equipment upgrades, modifications, and obsolescence projects.
• Testing, debugging, and fine-tuning machines in field conditions.
• Leading or supporting machine installations, startups, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Providing engineering-level field service support.
• Performing remote troubleshooting and on-site diagnostics for customer installations.
• Ensuring compliance with mechanical and electrical codes and standards.
• Collaborating with customers to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.
