Job summary

ENGEL Machinery Inc., a global leader in plastic injection molding, automation and robotics, is hiring 4 Field Service Technician Apprentices to join its nationally recognized program.

This paid training will prepare you to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; after completion, you’ll advance to a full-time Field Service Technician role with opportunities for travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on work style.
• 2+ years electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, automotive, electrical, or similar technical experience.
• Willing to travel up to 90% of the time after training and relocate temporarily to York, PA for the initial 3–4 month training.
• Eager to learn and build a long-term technical career.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
• Learn alongside experienced Field Service Technicians.
• Complete hands‑on technical training.
• Build expertise on industry-leading plastic injection molding equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer support.
