Ferguson Field Service Technician position requires on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of waterworks, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial equipment. You will ensure reliable system performance and deliver excellent customer service on customer sites.

The role is field-focused with travel to sites daily, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technical certifications are preferred, and 2+ years of field experience is expected.

• Handle warranty claims, defects, and service repairs covered under warranty or service agreements.
• Execute service work as quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers, and travel to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule.
• Focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships in the field.
• Role is focused on being in the field, as they are rarely in office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field service work including equipment start-ups, which activate factory warranties, and are fully certified to complete this work.

• Execute service work as quoted by the VP of Service and Parts or Sales Engineers, and travel to customer sites daily based on a structured schedule.

• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certifications preferred.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• The ability to travel.
• The ability to lift & work in varied environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued license is required.

Pay Range:

$31.61 - $47.43.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
